Electmax EIC9-1200P 900 Series Induction 6 Burner Cooker with Splashback

Electmax EIC9-1200P 900 Series Induction 6 Burner Cooker with Splashback

The Electmax EIC9-1200P is a heavy-duty six-burner induction cooker from the 900 Series, purpose-built for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Constructed from stainless steel throughout, with a ceramic glass cooktop surface, it combines a total output of 30kW across six 5000W burners with intuitive touch controls and knob adjustment for precise, repeatable results across a wide range of cooking tasks.

Mounted on a stainless steel stand with integrated under-bench storage, the unit includes a rear splashback guard and connects via hard-wired 415V three-phase supply. Built-in overheating protection and a 0 to 180 minute timer support safe, consistent kitchen operations, while an optional cabinet door allows the base to be enclosed for a clean, integrated fit-out.

Key Benefits

• Six 5000W induction burners deliver rapid, even heat for high-volume cooking without the lag associated with gas or radiant electric surfaces.
• Adjustable cooking temperature range of 60°C to 240°C provides the flexibility to handle everything from gentle simmering to high-heat searing on a single unit.
• Induction technology keeps the surrounding cooktop surface cooler than open flame or radiant alternatives, reducing burn risk for kitchen staff and lowering ambient heat in the workspace.
• Touch controls combined with knob adjustment give chefs fast, accurate power management per burner, supporting consistent dish quality during service.
• Built-in electric overheating protection safeguards the unit and cookware during continuous high-demand use.
• Integrated 0 to 180 minute timer allows cooks to manage multiple dishes simultaneously without relying on separate timers.
• Under-cooktop storage space keeps cookware and utensils immediately accessible, reducing movement and improving workflow efficiency.
• Stainless steel body and ceramic glass surface are resistant to corrosion and straightforward to clean, keeping hygiene standards high.
• Hard-wired installation eliminates plug failure points and provides a stable, secure power connection suited to permanent commercial fit-outs.
