The Dynamic CL100 is a single-speed countertop vegetable slicer engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens, capable of processing up to 300 kg/h and servicing as many as 400 covers per service. It handles grating, slicing and cutting of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, with a large selection of optional 225 mm stainless steel discs to suit virtually any prep task.

Designed with practical ergonomics at its core, the CL100 accommodates both left- and right-handed operators and features automatic start via the pusher handle along with automatic magnetic safety detection. All food-contact components including the cutting chamber, hoppers, pusher and pusher handle are removable without tools and fully dishwasher-proof, making end-of-service cleaning fast and straightforward.
