The Cossiga LSCM6 is a commercial linear ceramic hotplate gantry designed to hold and display hot food at safe serving temperatures across cafes, bakeries, delis, canteens and servery counters. Spanning 2165mm wide and accommodating 6 x 1/1 GN pans, this unit is sold as a gantry only with glass supplied separately, giving operators the flexibility to specify glazing to suit their counter configuration.

Heating is delivered through a ceramic hotplate base combined with overhead halogen lamps, and temperature is managed via a digital thermostatic controller to maintain the 75 to 85°C operating range. The unit requires a single-phase hard-wired connection to an on-site isolation switch and is backed by a 3-year Cossiga warranty.
