Ceramic hotplate technology delivers consistent, even heat distribution across the entire pan surface, while overhead halogen lamps keep food visually appealing and at safe serving temperatures throughout service. Dixell digital controllers allow precise temperature management within a 75 to 85°C operating range, and the open gantry format offers flexibility to integrate sneeze guards or additional overhead heat lamps to suit your specific counter setup. Glass is available separately for venues that require an enclosed display.
