The Cossiga BTGHT9-SD is a 900mm wide commercial heated display tower designed to keep hot food at safe serving temperatures across cafes, bakeries, delis, canteens and servery counters. Built with deck forced heating and single glazed panels, it maintains a consistent operating range of 75 to 85°C to ensure food remains presentation-ready and food-safe throughout service.

This tower combines a sliding front door for customer self-service with minimal aisle intrusion, and sliding rear doors for efficient staff serve-through access. Four adjustable stainless steel wire shelves plus a base level provide flexible merchandising, while under-shelf and canopy LED lighting enhances product visibility and appeal.
