Cobra CR9B 900mm Two Burner / Griddle Gas Range Static Oven

Cobra CR9B 900mm Two Burner / Griddle Gas Range Static Oven

The Cobra CR9B is a 900mm wide commercial gas range that combines two high-output open burners, a 600mm griddle plate, and a high-crown gas static oven into a single, fully modular unit. Designed and built in New Zealand for the demands of professional kitchens, it delivers a total output of 112 MJ/h across all cooking zones, allowing chefs to boil, sauté, grill, and bake simultaneously without compromising on performance.

The generously proportioned static oven accommodates 2/1 GN or two 1/1 GN pans per rack, making it well suited to high-volume roasting, baking, and finishing. A welded vitreous enamel oven liner, French door system for full-width access, and a stainless steel finish throughout make the CR9B as straightforward to clean and maintain as it is reliable to operate day after day.

Key Benefits

• Three cooking zones in one 900mm footprint let kitchen teams boil, grill, and bake at the same time, boosting throughput without requiring additional equipment.
• The 600mm smooth griddle plate with 12mm thickness provides a large, even cooking surface ideal for meats, eggs, and breakfast service, while the two open burners handle sauces, stocks, and pans simultaneously.
• Flame failure protection on the open burners and piezo ignition on the griddle burners add an important layer of safety in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• High-crown oven cavity fits standard 2/1 GN pans, giving roasting and baking capacity that suits restaurant, café, and catering production volumes.
• Variable high-to-low controls on all burners allow precise heat management across different cooking tasks, reducing the risk of overcooking.
• Fully modular construction means the CR9B can be aligned and connected with other Cobra 900mm series units to build out a complete cooking suite as needs grow.
• Adjustable front feet and rear rollers make levelling straightforward during installation and allow the unit to be repositioned for cleaning or servicing.
• Vitreous enamel pot stands and a welded enamel oven liner resist staining and are easy to wipe down, keeping daily cleaning time to a minimum.
• Available in both natural gas and LPG configurations, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial kitchen setups.
