Cobra C9D 6 open burners gas cooktop, open cabinet base under, flame failure standard, (1085mm incl. splashback)

Cobra C9D 6 Burner Gas Cooktop with Open Cabinet Base (900mm, 1085mm incl. Splashback)

The Cobra C9D is a heavy-duty commercial gas cooktop featuring six open burners mounted on an open cabinet base, designed for high-volume kitchens that demand consistent, responsive heat output. Each burner delivers 22MJ/hr for a combined gas rating of 132MJ/hr (36.7kW), with variable high-to-low controls giving chefs precise command over cooking temperatures across all six positions.

Constructed with a stainless steel exterior on the front, sides and splashback, and a vitreous enamelled control panel, the C9D is built to withstand the rigours of daily commercial use. Flame failure protection is standard on the open burners, and the fully modular design allows the unit to be integrated into a suite of compatible Cobra equipment. Adjustable front feet and rear rollers make installation and repositioning straightforward.

Key Benefits

• Six high-output burners at 22MJ/hr each provide 132MJ/hr total capacity, supporting simultaneous multi-dish cooking during peak service.
• Variable high-to-low burner controls allow chefs to quickly shift between searing and gentle simmering without changing cookware positions.
• Flame failure safety devices on all open burners automatically cut gas supply if a flame is extinguished, reducing the risk of gas build-up.
• Cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands resist thermal shock and heavy cookware, extending the service life of the cooktop.
• Stainless steel interior, front, sides and splashback simplify cleaning and maintain a hygienic cooking environment.
• Adjustable front feet and rear rollers make levelling and repositioning the unit straightforward, minimising installation downtime.
• Fully modular construction allows the C9D to be paired with other Cobra suite components for a customised, space-efficient kitchen layout.
• The open cabinet base provides accessible underbench storage for pots, pans and kitchen supplies within easy reach during service.
