Carlisle 4071000 SPARTA® Grill Brick - Pack of 12

The Carlisle SPARTA® Grill Brick is a fast, efficient and sanitary solution for cleaning commercial grills, whether hot or cold. Made from foam glass, each brick scrubs away cooked-on food and grease without scratching or lifting the grill cure when used correctly with a cooking oil or shortening lubricant.

Each brick is individually shrink-wrapped in a plastic film that dissolves during use to eliminate mess, making the cleaning process straightforward and hygienic. The material does not absorb grease or odour, allowing the brick to be rinsed clean and reused multiple times. Sold in a pack of 12, this product is well suited to busy commercial kitchens requiring a reliable, ongoing grill maintenance solution.
