Cambro 40CWD135 Camwear GN 1/4 Drain Shelf - Clear

The Cambro 40CWD135 Camwear Drain Shelf is a GN 1/4 size insert designed to elevate food above accumulated liquids inside Cambro food pans, actively discouraging spoilage and preserving flavour. It is purpose-built for professional kitchen tasks including storing prepped produce, defrosting meat, and keeping seafood chilled on ice.

Constructed from Cambro's commercial-grade Camwear material, this clear drain shelf is built to withstand the demands of continuous foodservice use. It is compatible with every type of Cambro food pan lid, integrating seamlessly into an existing Cambro storage system without requiring separate or specialised covers.
