Bonvue SL840V Chilled Food Display

Bonvue SL840V Chilled Square Glass Food Display 1200mm

The Bonvue SL840V is a 1200mm wide chilled food display designed to present cakes, pastries, wraps, sandwiches, salads, yogurts, and other fresh fare in an eye-catching, customer-facing format. With a square glass front, stainless steel construction, black trim and shelving, and individual lighting over each of its four display levels, the SL840V creates a compelling retail experience suited to medium to large cafes, bakeries, health food stores, and hospitality venues.

Behind the presentation, the SL840V delivers dependable commercial refrigeration through Secop compressors and German Ebm-Papst fans, maintaining a consistent temperature range of +2°C to +8°C in ambient conditions up to 40°C at 50% relative humidity. A triple-glazed front with heated wire filaments prevents condensation while preserving visibility, and a self-evaporating drainage system reduces maintenance demands during busy service periods.

Key Benefits

• Four illuminated display levels with individual lighting over each tier maximise product visibility and encourage impulse purchases.
• Heated wire filaments within the triple-glazed glass front actively prevent condensation, keeping the display clear and products looking their best at all times.
• Reliable temperature control between +2°C and +8°C safeguards the freshness and food safety of chilled items through extended trading hours.
• Very high internal humidity helps preserve the texture and appearance of bakery items, sandwiches, and other moisture-sensitive products.
• Self-evaporating drainage eliminates the need for manual draining, reducing routine maintenance and downtime.
• Sliding rear glass doors allow fast, easy staff access for restocking without disrupting the customer-facing display.
• Digital temperature control and read-out give staff at-a-glance monitoring and precise adjustment of refrigeration settings.
• A 570-litre gross volume across a 1200mm footprint suits medium to large operations with a high volume and variety of chilled products.
• A four-year warranty (2 years parts and labour plus 2 years parts only when registered within 14 days of invoice) provides strong long-term coverage and peace of mind.
