The cooktop section delivers two 28MJ/hr open burners for rapid boiling and sautéing alongside three 20MJ/hr griddle burners powering the expansive 900mm smooth griddle surface — ideal for breakfast service, meat cookery, and high-output grill work. Below, the fully welded and vitreous enamelled electric static oven provides consistent, even heat from 50°C to 320°C with separate temperature and top-heat power regulation, while a storage cabinet on the right-hand side keeps service tools and equipment within easy reach.
