The Blue Seal G580-12E is a 1200mm gas tilting bratt pan from the Evolution Series, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and catering operations. With a generous 120-litre stainless steel pan, a 90MJ/hr single 6-bar burner and a 12mm thick even-heat pan base, it delivers rapid, consistent heat across a 1080mm x 450mm cooking surface for demanding batch cooking applications including frying, braising, boiling, simmering, poaching, steaming and sautéing.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, the G580-12E features an electric power tilting mechanism for safe, low-effort discharge of food and liquids, a fold-away handle, a heavy-duty lid and hinge system, and a large-capacity pouring spout. Thermostatic control spanning 50–320°C, an over-temperature safety cut-out, automatic pilot ignition with flame failure protection, and a galvanised steel chassis combine to deliver reliable, hygienic and easily maintained performance. Available in Natural Gas or LPG configurations, it integrates seamlessly into any Blue Seal Evolution Series kitchen suite. Made to order with an 8–10 week lead time.
