Blue Seal G57-CB Evolution Series - 900mm Gas Target Top – Cabinet Base

Blue Seal G57-CB Evolution Series 900mm Gas Target Top – Cabinet Base

The Blue Seal G57-CB is a 900mm gas target top built on a cabinet base, forming part of the renowned Evolution Series manufactured in New Zealand. Powered by a 45MJ/hr dual ring cast iron burner housed in a burner box lined with 50mm refractory ceramic blocks, it delivers outstanding heat output, precise control, and rapid heat recovery to meet the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens.

The target top casting accommodates up to eight 65mm GN 1/1 containers, making it exceptionally versatile for simultaneous multi-dish cooking. An optional GN 1/1 four-position racking kit is available for one or two cabinet bays, maximising storage beneath the cooking surface. Available in natural gas or LPG, the G57-CB is constructed from 304 stainless steel and designed to integrate seamlessly into a match suite configuration.
