Each open burner delivers 28MJ/hr of output through removable heavy-duty cast iron burners with forged brass caps for consistent flame spread, while two dedicated 20MJ/hr griddle burners provide even, controllable heat across the 595 x 530mm cooking surface. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard and features push-button piezo ignition for fast, reliable start-up.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel and engineered in New Zealand, the G518B-LS is built to withstand the daily demands of high-volume professional kitchens. Flame failure protection is fitted to all burners as a standard safety measure, and the fully modular design allows the unit to be integrated into a matched suite.
