The Blue Seal G514B-LS is a 600mm commercial gas griddle cooktop mounted on a stainless steel leg stand, forming part of the modular Evolution Series designed for high-output hospitality kitchens. Powered by two 20MJ/hr griddle burners delivering a combined 40MJ/hr (11kW), the unit features a 20mm thick smooth mild steel griddle plate with a 595 x 530mm cooking surface, making it well suited to cafés, restaurants, pubs, and hotels that need reliable flat-top cooking capacity during peak service.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel with heavy-duty cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands, the G514B-LS is built to handle the rigours of daily commercial use. Push-button piezo ignition and flame failure protection on all burners simplify start-up and enhance safety, while the open leg stand configuration keeps the floor accessible for cleaning and allows flexible under-unit storage. The unit integrates seamlessly with other Blue Seal Evolution Series equipment for a matched suite configuration and is available in both Natural Gas and LPG.
