The griddle surface is powered by three 20MJ/hr burners with thermostatically controlled heat between 80°C and 300°C, while two 28MJ/hr open burners serve the cooktop. The static oven beneath accommodates full 2/1 GN gastronorm trays and features a fully welded vitreous enamelled liner for even heat distribution and straightforward cleaning. A storage cabinet on the right-hand side adds practical workspace organisation, and the unit is available in both natural gas and LPG configurations.
