The Blue Seal EP56 is a heavy-duty all-electric cooking range from the Evolution Series, combining a 900mm smooth mild steel griddle plate with an integrated GN 2/1 fan-assisted electric convection oven. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel with fully welded construction, the EP56 is engineered to deliver consistent, high-output performance across the griddle and oven simultaneously, making it a versatile centrepiece for busy commercial kitchens, cafes, and catering operations.
The griddle section features a 20mm thick mild steel plate divided into separate left and right heat zones, each with its own thermostat, allowing different temperatures to be maintained across the cooking surface at the same time. Below, the convection oven offers GN 2/1 capacity with 4-position racking and fan-assisted heat distribution, producing even results for roasting, baking, and finishing. Indicator lights for power and heating on each griddle control, a stainless steel grease drawer, cool-touch door handle, adjustable feet, and rear rollers round out a unit designed for ease of use, cleaning, and service.
