Designed with practical kitchen workflow in mind, the E90Q features a self-balancing adjustable grill height mechanism and two independent cooking areas that are each compatible with full 1/1 GN pans. The unit is open on three sides for effortless loading and unloading, while insulated external surfaces and an insulated handle keep operators safe during use.
