With a 27 litre oil capacity and a robust 17kW power output delivered through three 5.66kW stainless steel heating elements, the E43 achieves a production rate of 31kg per hour, making it well suited to high-volume frying operations in restaurants, canteens, clubs, and takeaway venues.

Mechanical controls keep operation straightforward for kitchen staff, with a large dial featuring a clear, easy-to-read scale and a thermostat range of 60 to 200°C for precise temperature management. Built-in safety features including a fail-safe over-temperature cut-out and an element tilt switch that cuts heating when elements are lifted help protect staff and equipment during daily use and cleaning routines.
