Benchstar BH3500S Commercial Schott Ceran Glass Hob Induction Plate

Benchstar BH3500S Commercial Induction Cooktop with Schott Ceran Glass Surface

The Benchstar BH3500S is a professional-grade induction cooktop featuring a top-quality German Schott Ceran ceramic glass cooking surface set into a robust stainless steel body. Designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments including restaurants, cafés, catering operations and mobile food preparation stations, it delivers rapid and responsive heat across a power range of 500 W to 3500 W via ten adjustable levels. Intuitive button controls, an LED display and a programmable timer of up to 180 minutes give kitchen staff precise command over both power output and cooking temperature.

Ten temperature settings spanning 60°C to 240°C provide consistent, repeatable results across a wide variety of cooking techniques. Protective features are integrated throughout the unit, with pan detection, overheat protection and automatic shut-off all working together to keep both staff and equipment safe during busy service periods. The BH3500S is backed by a one-year parts and labour warranty, making it a reliable and safe workhorse for everyday commercial use.

Key Benefits

• Wide power range from 500 W to 3500 W enables everything from gentle simmering to high-speed boiling, reducing overall cooking times.
• Induction technology heats the pan directly rather than the surrounding air, keeping the kitchen cooler and the cooking surface safer to the touch.
• Ten discrete temperature settings between 60°C and 240°C allow consistent, repeatable results across different menu items and cooking techniques.
• Programmable timer up to 180 minutes lets staff set cooking durations and attend to other tasks without risk of overcooking or burning.
• Smooth Schott Ceran glass surface resists scratching, wipes clean quickly and maintains a hygienic, professional appearance in high-traffic kitchens.
• Integrated pan detection, overheat protection and automatic shut-off work in combination to protect both the unit and kitchen staff, reducing the risk of accidents during busy service periods.
• Compact, benchtop footprint makes the unit easy to position, relocate or use as additional cooking capacity during events and catering setups.
• Stainless steel body withstands the rigours of commercial use while remaining straightforward to sanitise in line with food safety requirements.
• Energy-efficient induction operation directs heat precisely into compatible cookware, minimising wasted energy compared with gas or radiant electric cooking.
