The B&S Black Target Top TT-9 is a 900mm wide commercial gas target top engineered for high-output cooking in demanding restaurant, café, hotel and catering kitchens. Built in Italy from AISI 304 grade stainless steel with vitreous enamel surfaces, this freestanding unit is supplied on an integrated stand and delivers up to 42 MJ/h on both natural gas and LPG through a single dual-ring cast iron burner.

Combining a heavy-duty machined cast iron top with a German-made thermostat and piezo ignition, the TT-9 provides precise, responsive temperature control across a range of 100°C to 200°C. A three-piece cast iron top with a removable centre ring, flame failure safety device, and a fat spillage tray make this unit practical to operate and straightforward to clean and maintain during busy service periods.
