Standing 450mm wide on an integrated freestanding stand, it accommodates six baskets simultaneously and delivers up to 70 MJ/h on natural gas or 75 MJ/h on LPG through a single cast iron ribbon burner. Construction throughout uses AISI 304 grade stainless steel paired with a heavy-duty marine-grade AISI 316 stainless steel tank at 2mm thickness, vitreous enamel cabinetry, and Italian manufacturing to proven commercial standards.

Well beyond standard noodle cooking, this versatile unit handles pasta preparation, soup warming, steaming of cheung fun rice pastry, and yum cha dumpling steaming, making it a genuinely multi-purpose centrepiece for Asian and fusion kitchen operations. A front-mounted swivel laundry arm tap, inbuilt starch-removal water overflow, basket self-closing mechanism, and a multi-setting gas valve covering rapid boil through to gentle simmer all work together to support efficient high-volume service. A gas pressure regulator is supplied with the unit, and installation must be carried out by an authorised installer.
