The B&S K+ KOV-SB2-CBR3 is a 600mm wide freestanding commercial gas range, manufactured in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel with a vitreous enamel oven interior. The unit brings together two open cooktop burners, a 300mm char broiler section and a full under-oven in a single integrated footprint, delivering a combined gas input of 123 MJ/h on natural gas, making it well suited to restaurants, cafes, hotels and catering operations of all sizes.

Precision and durability are built into every detail: a German-made thermostat governs oven temperature, a flame failure device cuts gas automatically if a flame goes out, and the heavy-duty fully insulated drop-down oven door retains heat efficiently during service. A removable fat spillage tray, together with the two-piece cooktop burner design, keeps cleaning straightforward, and all internal components are reachable from the front of the unit so that technicians can carry out servicing without relocating or dismantling the appliance. A regulator is included and the unit is backed by an 18-month parts and labour warranty.
