The B+S Black BT-SB4-GRP6BM is a 1200mm wide commercial gas combination cooktop, bench mounted and built for the rigorous demands of professional restaurant, cafe and hospitality kitchens. It pairs four open burners with a 600mm grill plate section, delivering up to 168 MJ/h on natural gas or 144 MJ/h on LPG, and is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with vitreous enamel components throughout. Each open burner section features a 31 MJ black enamelled Italian-made single ring burner, while the grill plate section uses a 22 MJ aluminised tube burner per 300mm section driving a heavy-duty 16mm mild steel grill plate. Flame failure protection is included as standard across the unit, and a multi-setting gas valve on every burner allows precise flame regulation to suit a wide range of cooking techniques. Removable spillage trays, a top-welded smooth finish design and full frontal component access make daily cleaning and routine servicing straightforward.
