The Atosa ESL3831 is a 900mm wide refrigerated pizza preparation counter designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Designed for practical benchtop installation, the ESL3831 arrives fitted with four castors for easy repositioning and can be placed directly against a wall thanks to the bottom-mounted compressor and condenser layout. The top section accommodates 5 x 1/6 GN pans at 100mm depth, keeping toppings and ingredients organised and within easy reach during service. GN pans and lids are not included. Insulation foam is CH10 rated with zero ODP, and self-evaporating drainage removes the need for manual water removal.
