Atosa EPF3741 Glass Four Door Cooling Fridge Table 2230 Mm

Atosa EPF3741 Glass Four Door Underbench Fridge Table 2230mm

The Atosa EPF3741 is a 560-litre, four-door underbench refrigerator designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens and hospitality venues. Spanning 2230mm wide, it features double-glazed glass hinged doors across a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanised back panel and smooth curved corners that combine durability with a professional finish. Fan-assisted cooling and a Carel digital controller maintain a consistent 0°C to 4°C temperature range, and the unit is rated to operate confidently in ambient temperatures up to 43°C, making it well suited to hot kitchen environments.

Built with all-European components including an Embraco or Aspera compressor and EBM fan motor, the EPF3741 is engineered for reliable long-term performance. Automatic defrost and self-evaporating condensation management reduce routine maintenance, while castors allow the unit to be repositioned with ease. Pre-installed, adjustable wire mid-shelves with GN pan-compatible rails add operational flexibility, and LED interior lighting makes contents easy to identify at a glance during a busy service.

Key Benefits

• Consistent 0°C to 4°C holding temperature protects food safety and quality throughout service periods.
• Climate Class 4 rating allows full-performance operation in ambient temperatures up to 43°C, ideal for hot commercial kitchens.
• Fan-forced cooling distributes temperature evenly throughout the cabinet, minimising hot spots and reducing food spoilage risk.
• Automatic defrost and self-evaporating condensation management significantly reduce hands-on maintenance demands.
• Double-glazed glass doors let staff quickly identify contents without opening the cabinet, cutting cold-air loss and energy use.
• Castors as standard make repositioning or cleaning behind the unit straightforward without the need for additional equipment.
• GN pan-compatible shelf rails streamline the storage of standard gastronorm containers, improving prep and service workflow.
• Zero-ODP C5H10 insulation foam and R134A refrigerant reflect a reduced environmental impact compared with older refrigerants.
• All-European parts, including compressor and fan motor, support long service life and easier access to replacement components.
