The Apuro bistro single contact grill is a powerful and effective professional solution for cooking to-go food quickly. With up to 1.5kW of cooking performance through the two grill plates, creating deliciously tempting panini, burgers, steaks and skewers is made fast and easy, so it's simple to keep queues down. The ultra heavy duty cast iron grill plates are perfect for everyday commercial use and are the ideal non-stick cooking surface when seasoned. Thanks to the ribbed design of the plates, food is cooked with branding lines, giving a premium just-grilled look which customers crave. The ribbed plates also help to channel grease away from the food into the drip tray - perfect for reducing the grease in food and keeping the plates ready to cook the next item.
