Apuro CR836-A Bar Blender 2.5Ltr

Apuro CR836-A Bar Blender 2.5Ltr

The Apuro CR836-A is a high-performance commercial bar blender built to handle the demands of busy cafes, bars and restaurants. Powered by a robust 1.68kW motor, it drives a stainless steel blade at variable speeds between 10,000 and 28,000rpm, delivering smooth, consistent results whether you are preparing smoothies, milkshakes, cocktails or frappes.

Constructed with a metal clutch for long-term durability and featuring a large 2.5-litre BPA-free jug, the CR836-A is engineered for high-volume service environments. A manual control panel with pulse function, built-in timer settings and variable speed control gives operators precise command over every blend, while practical design details make the unit straightforward to clean and maintain.

Key Benefits

• The 1.68kW motor delivers powerful, reliable blending performance suited to continuous use during a busy service period.
• Variable speed control from 10,000 to 28,000rpm allows operators to fine-tune blending intensity for different drink types and textures.
• The large 2.5-litre BPA-free jug enables batch blending of multiple servings at once, improving throughput at the bar or counter.
• A metal clutch construction extends the service life of the blender, reducing the risk of premature wear in high-frequency blending operations.
• Built-in timer options (30s, 60s, 90s) and a pulse function help staff produce consistent results quickly and repeatably.
• The removable clear cap allows ingredients to be added during blending without stopping the machine, streamlining workflow.
• A quieter sound-enclosure model (DR825-A) is available for noise-sensitive environments, and replacement jugs (CS052) can be purchased separately for easy maintenance or added capacity.
