Apuro CP799-A Heavy Duty Induction Cooktop 3kW

Apuro CP799-A Heavy Duty Induction Cooktop 3kW

The Apuro CP799-A is a heavy duty single-zone induction cooktop delivering 3kW of instant cooking power across a generous 220mm induction zone. Built for the demands of busy professional kitchens, it features a robust stainless steel body with a strong black ceramic glass surface, digital touch controls, a 0 to 180-minute timer, and 10 precise power and temperature settings — making it equally capable of boiling, simmering, frying, or sautéing with consistent, repeatable results.

Induction technology channels energy directly into compatible cookware rather than the surrounding environment, keeping the kitchen cooler and more comfortable while consuming significantly less energy than gas or electric alternatives. Pan detection functionality takes efficiency a step further by automatically cutting power when no cookware is present, reducing running costs and protecting internal components from unnecessary wear. A built-in filter safeguards the cooling fan, extending operational lifespan even under continuous use.

Key Benefits

• 3kW of instant induction power heats cookware rapidly, reducing waiting times and keeping service moving during peak periods.
• Induction heating directs energy into the pan rather than the air, resulting in a cooler, more comfortable and safer kitchen environment.
• Pan detection automatically shuts off the cooking zone when cookware is removed, lowering energy consumption and protecting internal components.
• Ten power settings combined with a temperature range of 60°C to 240°C in 20°C increments allow precise control for consistent, repeatable cooking outcomes.
• The built-in 0 to 180-minute timer supports accurate, hands-free cooking management across a range of menu items.
• A stainless steel body rated to support up to 35kg provides a stable, safe base for large commercial pots and pans.
• The smooth black ceramic glass cooking surface and stainless steel exterior are both quick and easy to clean between service periods.
• A filter protecting the cooling fan helps maintain reliable operation and extends the working life of the unit in demanding kitchen conditions.
• Operates on a standard 15A plug at 220–240V, making installation straightforward without the need for specialist electrical work.
