The Anvil NDSV3720 is a 600mm wide, three-tier refrigerated cake and food display cabinet designed for busy commercial food service environments. With a 150-litre capacity and an operating temperature range of 2°C to 8°C, it keeps pastries, cakes and chilled foods at safe serving temperatures while presenting them attractively through ITO heated tempered glass panels on the front, top and sides, which prevent condensation and maintain clear visibility.
Built around a black brushed 304 stainless steel body with a ventilated cooling system and auto defrost, the NDSV3720 is engineered for straightforward daily operation and maintenance. Front and rear vents, a hinged access door, easily removable stainless panels, and a removable condenser filter all contribute to quick cleaning and serviceability, while warm and cool LED lighting modes allow the display to be tailored to the surrounding environment. The unit can also be run in ambient mode by activating the lights only, providing flexibility across different service scenarios.
