About this event
Fine Food Australia is the country's largest trade exhibition for foodservice, hospitality and retail food. It runs across four days at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and covers equipment, ingredients, bakery, coffee and front-of-house supply in one hall.
It is trade only. Entry is free once you have completed the organiser's pre-qualification form, which is how they confirm you work in the industry.
For anyone specifying a commercial kitchen, it is the one week of the year when most of the equipment brands are in the same room and switched on. Combi ovens, refrigeration, dishwashing and prep equipment are all demonstrated live rather than shown as a spec sheet.
