About this event
APPEX is the Australasian Processing & Packaging Expo, held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
It is a food manufacturing show rather than a commercial kitchen one: processing lines, packaging machinery and the automation around them.
Worth the trip if you produce at volume — a central production kitchen, a bakery wholesaling its own product, or a venue group packing and distributing from one site. A single-site restaurant kitchen will find little here.
We list it because it is a real, relevant part of the Australian food trade calendar, not because it competes with the equipment shows.
